Meet Pam

No matter the condition of a property, Pam has the creative vision to see a home’s full potential and is passionate about the transformation. Her innate design sense and home renovation experience helps both homeowners and her investor/contractor clients see beyond ‘what is’ and imagine ‘what could be’: all on a budget! Involved in the housing industry since 2004, Pam has always kept one foot in real estate and the other in staging and renovation.

Keeping current with the latest in home design, new materials, and hot trends means her clients have immediate access to pricing, material recommendations, and valuable space planning. Her distinct track record of helping clients focus on projects that add the most value has led to features in Gilbert Lifestyle magazine and the 202 magazine.

Her days sometimes feel like real-life HGTV: designing a kitchen for a historic home from the ground up, space planning for a house that has been stripped to the studs and selecting fixtures and materials for an entire home remodel from A to Z. Oh—and don’t forget driving to smaller projects to pick out paint color, design custom window treatments, or work on a bathroom remodel plan.

Pam lives in the East Valley with her husband and four busy children. This is their eighth home in nine years: all with renovation ‘projects’ of their own!
